China releases a bizarre Lego-like cartoon, mocking US COVID-19 response after the communist country has been criticized by the US president Donald Trump, for allegedly poor handling of the health crisis.  While China has reported no fatalities from the virus in the country over the past week, the white House has accused China of concealing vital data about the pandemic during it's initial stage, and therefore ordered an investigation into reports that COVID-19 had been caused by an accident at Wuhan institute of virology.  In a short video clip posted by China's official news agency Xinhua, the Chinese slammed the accusation against them, claiming that the US was inconsistent at various stages of the pandemic. Yesterday, 2nd April 2020,the city of Warri in Delta state was engulfed in chaos after a soldier shot a young man dead who recently proposed to his pregnant fiance.  The youths on a reprisal attack killed one of the soldiers, resulting into a showdown between the youths and the Nigerian soldiers.  In a show of force the soldiers are threatening mayhem in Warri in retaliation for killing one of their own.  A video in circulation which has been generating so much condemnation has one of the soldiers threatening to rape women Warri and infecting them with HIV.  One will begin to wonder if the duty of soldiers is still to protect life and properties in their own, instead of destroying them. 🤔 Watch Videos

A River State university staff was flogged severely by school security operatives after he faked his own kidnap in order to extort money from the school. Acting on the man's instruction, his abductors placed a call across to the school authority, demanding to be paid the sum of $10,000, to secure his release. Luck ran out of them after the security operatives traced their hideout with the aid of their phone caller ID and location. After investigation was carried out, it was revealed that the man who is a staff of the university masterminded his own abduction in order to extort from the school authority, a reasonable sum of money. To serve as deterant  to others who may be nursing such idea in the near future, the school decided to punish him by flogging him severely and subsequently making a video record of the incident.  Watch video below

An okada man was swept away by flood after heavy downpour In Nigeria city of Lagos. In the video obtained by Naija2dcore through 'Object Media', the man was being swept towards a gully as he struggles to drag his okada out of a heavy flood. Luckily, he was surrounded  by people who threw a rope at him. Their effort yielded positive result after the man held the rope which they threw at him, and was subsequently pulled out of the fast moving flash flood, but lost his okada motor bike in the unfortunate incident.   Watch video below
