Video: I am not Naira Marley's enemy, but we are not friends- Simi

Singer Simi has cleared the air over an allegation levelled against her by Nigerian Afro pop singer, Naira Marley, at a recent event.
Simi during a special session on BEAT FM, stated that she does not carry grudges against the singer.
She went further to state that she is not a friend to Naira Marley, and at the same time, not his enemy. 

On the event that took place where he alleged that Simi snubbed him, Simi denied the allegation,saying that they did not talk to each other or make eye contact.

 See  what she wrote below;

“To be honest with you, I have zero issues with Naira Marley, I don’t have anything against him, he is not my enemy. We are not friends, we are not enemies. I saw him coming, we did not make eyes contacts, he did not talk to me, I did not talk to him. It is funny because he didn’t do anything to me, he did not directly disrespect me…he is not the first person that would say what he is saying.
“I’m not a stupid person, I’m not going to antagonize you because I’m not dumb. I like to mind my business. Probably he saw something and said something else. But he never spoke to me, he didn’t approach me and I saw that and I said whatever makes you happy. And for me I’m a big picture person, I look at the big picture and if you are not in the picture, I’m not going to stress myself,” she said.

Kidnapped Catholic priest escapes from abductors

A Catholic priest of Holy Name Catholic Church, Ikpeshi in Akoko Edo local government area of Edo State has escaped from kidnappers den unharmed. The Reverend Father known as Father Aganbi was abducted on Sunday, June 16, 2019, along Auchi-Igarra road at about 5.00pm, while on his way to his parish. Confirming the news of his release, The Director of Communications, Catholic Diocese of Auchi-Igarra, Rev. Fr. Peter Egielewa stated that no ransom was paid for the victim's release, because he escaped from his abductors in the night while they were sleeping.   “No ransom was paid. He actually escaped in the night when the kidnappers were asleep. He came out of the bush and was able to come home, no ransom was paid​,” he said.
