(video) ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi reapers after five years hiding

ISIS leader, Abubakar Al-Baghdadi has reappeared in a new video, after 5 years of absence.

In the video he blamed Christain 'Savagery' for ISIS defeat in the battle of Baghouz, and vowed to avenge his dead militants.
The leader of the Islamist terrorist group, has been hiding after he was last seen on July, 2014, when he gave his last sermon at the Great Mosque, in Mosul, Iraq.

He appeared for the first time in a propaganda video released by the Jihadist organization.

In the video, the 47 year old is looking aged as he sat cross-legged with a riffle resting  against the wall near his arm.
The Iraqi born militant who suffers from diabetes, spoke slowly, always pausing for several seconds in the middle of sentences.

It is uncertain when the footage was released, but Baghdadi referred in the past tense to the months long fight for Baghouz, IS's final bastion in Eastern Syria, which ended last month.

A written script at the start of the video dates it to earlier in April, but the authenticity and date of the video recorded has not yet been independently verified, Daily Mail reports.

Sitting on a cushion and speaking to three men whose faces were blurred, Baghdadi said “The battle for Baghouz is over.”

He continued: “There will be more to come after this battle”, adding that his group is fighting a “battle of attrition”.

He blamed the fall of his “caliphate” on the “savagery” of Christians towards Muslims and that the battle of Baghouz demonstrated the “barbarism and brutality” of the West and the “courage, steadfastness and resilience of the nation of Islam”.

He further said, "Truthfully, the battle of Islam and its people against the cross and its people is a long battle. The battle of Baghouz is over. But it did show the savagery, brutality and ill intentions of the Christians towards the Muslim community."

In the video, he also said that his group were responsible for Easter Sunday bombing of a Catholic Church in Sri Lanka, stating that it was in retaliation for ISIS defeat in Baghouz.

Baghdadi said: “There will be more to come after this battle. In fact, the battle of Islam and its people against the Crusaders and their followers is a long battle. This steadfastness shocked the hearts of the Crusaders in what increased their rage.”

It was made to understand that a bounty of $25million is placed on his head.

[video] China releases a cartoon to mock US over it's accusations

China releases a bizarre Lego-like cartoon, mocking US COVID-19 response after the communist country has been criticized by the US president Donald Trump, for allegedly poor handling of the health crisis.  While China has reported no fatalities from the virus in the country over the past week, the white House has accused China of concealing vital data about the pandemic during it's initial stage, and therefore ordered an investigation into reports that COVID-19 had been caused by an accident at Wuhan institute of virology.  In a short video clip posted by China's official news agency Xinhua, the Chinese slammed the accusation against them, claiming that the US was inconsistent at various stages of the pandemic.
