(video) I cannot sit back and watch a small boy insult an elder like Ruggedman

Veteran Nigerian musician DaddyShowkey has waded into Naira Marley's EFCC detention case.
According to Showkey, he said that he has been receiving calls from different quarters, begging him to intervene in Naira Marley's case, and see if he can be easily granted bail by the EFCC, but he initially kept mute, because he cannot sit back and watch a small boy insult an elder like Ruggedman, and make him look stupid, especially when he is correcting him for good.
He therefore, pleaded with the EFCC, stating that “A lot of Nigerians have called me because of Naira Marley. 

 “I lived a dangerous life on the streets as a young man but that doesn’t mean I will advise his child or any young person to live the same way and make the same mistakes I made.

“Temper justice with mercy. This is just a young man growing up. Let us not use his mistakes to spoil his career we all went through so many things growing up.

“We can use him as a spokesman to young people against crime EFCC,may be he will learn with this,”
