Man fumes after receiving 'dear esteem customer text' from Gasket company

A Nigerian man identified as @ody_Johnson narrated his experience to his followers on the popular micro blogging platform, twitter.

According to him, he had made use of the services of a funeral home, during the burial of his father, who passed on last month.
In a bid to maintain good customer relationship, they sent him a 'happy new month' text message, describe him as 'dear esteem customer'

The gesture did not go well with him, as he approached the funeral home, and warned them not to send him such text, because he is not their customer.

"So this Casket outlet I used during my dad's funeral few months ago sent me a Happy New Month SMS /thanks for your patronage with the tag "Dear Esteemed Customer". I'm just back from their office,I had to physically go warn them that I'm not their customer .  What nonsense." He said
His followers took to the comment section with mix reactions.
